The National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) is an active training facility for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The NCTC site is a campus setting with multiple buildings, which include lodges, offices, training rooms, a large auditorium, a laboratory, dining facilities, gymnasium, operations support, etc.



Work includes, but is not limited to, supplying and installing new mechanical equipment, associated ductwork, electrical connections, control wiring and necessary Metasys programming to better control high humid conditions in five structures on Campus. Work will require select demolitions and repairs to architectural finishes. New equipment is to include hybrid dehumidifiers, air handler, and exhaust fans.



The invitation for bid is scheduled for release on or about 13 April 2018. The bids will be due on or about 14 May 2018. The anticipated award date is on or around 14 June 2018.



The acquisition will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, Invitation for Bid through FedBizOpps. The Government may include options in the solicitation. The magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A Bid Guarantee, Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required. This acquisition will result in a single fixed price construction contract. Award shall be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation.



This is an electronically issued acquisition. The Government will issue the invitation via FedBizOpps. Bids will be received in hard/paper copies only. Electronic and fax proposals will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a bid that will be considered by this agency.
