The procurement allows for potential financing assistance through the DOT Short Term Lending Program, which offers lines of credit up to $750,000 at prime interest rates. Packaging and delivery of the units must comply with strict technical specifications, including Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) sensitive item packaging standards and marking requirements per MIL-STD-129R.
