The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal intends to competitively award a firm fixed price contract to provide modeling and simulation services to support the Army Modeling and Simulation Office Headquarters, Strategy and Resources Division, and Simulation Proponent and School Division under the Center for Army Analysis.
