RECOMMENDATION LETTER
Procurement Manager, I would like to wholeheartedly endorse Zero1, the recruitment agency that has proven to be an invaluable partner for Cummins-Meritor. In particular, I want to highlight the remarkable contributions of Oscar, who has been our primary point of contact and instrumental in our successful collaboration. Quite frankly, Oscar and the Zero1 agency was my favorite partnership to collaborate with!
When working with Zero1, you can be confident that your hiring decisions are being made by a team that truly understands the high stakes and expectations of a large company such as, us at Cummins-Meritor.
Zero1, as a recruiting agency, places a strong emphasis on the collective capabilities and expertise of their team, rather than relying solely on individual endorsements. This focus on the agency's strengths speaks to their commitment to consistently delivering high-quality, qualified, and prompt candidate placements.
One of the areas where Zero1 truly excels is their ability to manage a diverse range of roles, spanning from highly technical positions, software engineers, administrative, leadership roles, and even down to manufacturing positions. Their versatility and adaptability are truly commendable, making them a one-stop solution for all our recruitment needs.

RE: RECOMMENDATION LETTER FOR ZERO1
TO: RFP & PROCUREMENT MANAGERS:
To Whom It May Concern, My name is Cedric Shine, and I’m the Director of Marketing for Major League Soccer (MLS).
During my previous role at Spotify, I led their podcast/audio marketing program. I contracted Zero1 to assist us in filling numerous critical leadership and management positions.
Spotify aims to become the number-one audio platform and to do so; it needs to continue distinguishing its shows and driving listenership. The market is competitive, and the pool of qualified personnel is small, so we leaned on Oscar’s expertise and relationships to help pair us with personnel who understood our landscape and needs.
In addition to recruitment, Zero1 worked on numerous projects for the company and provided strategic insights that allowed us to see our problems differently. I’ve known Oscar and his team for many years and have recommended their services countless times to our partners. In my previous position, where I drove YouTube’s artist marketing program, I suggested that Zero1 submit a proposal for an upcoming project in another department. Unsurprisingly, I heard they were awarded to undertake a project for one of the company’s newest and most exciting initiatives. This further shows that their strategic thought, commitment to excellence, professionalism, and overall ability to deliver continues to be recognized.
Lastly, when it was time to explore new career opportunities, I leaned on Oscar’s professional guidance and relationships, which helped me secure my current role at the MLS.
It goes without saying that I highly recommend their services and have no doubt that they will prove to be a great partner for your team.
Please feel free to email me if you need anything.

Subj: ZERO1 RECOMMENDATION LETTER
Procurement Team, My name is Yaser Chow, and I am a Senior Financial Analyst at Google. I do financial management for the company’s most proprietary projects. Prior to Google, I was the Director of Finance at WeWork and Element. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
I’m writing this letter of recommendation for ZERO1 to recommend the company’s recruitment services. I have used them several times at Element to fill our most demanding leadership positions, which include General Counsel, Head of HR, Senior Software Engineers, and more. At WeWork they helped to recruit Senior Finance personnel for my team.
I continue to use their services, and they are currently helping to source leadership staff for some of our newest proprietary technology projects that span transportation and machine learning.
In addition to recruitment, they have provided guidance to numerous professionals in my extended network and helped open doors for them even when it did not directly benefit them.
They understand an organization’s strategic challenges and can develop meaningful relationships with qualified candidates who can address these obstacles. This is one of the many reasons they will continue to enjoy success. They are prompt, insightful, and a pleasure to work with.
I highly recommend them for consideration.
