Amendment No. 0002 to Solicitation W912WJ26QA072
This is a Standard Form 30 (Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract) issued by the W2SD ENDIST New England KO Contracting Division on March 26, 2026. The amendment modifies solicitation W912WJ26QA072, originally dated March 16, 2026, and extends the solicitation closing date to March 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern.
The amendment provides responses to five industry questions regarding water testing and compliance monitoring services for PWS 2054052 in Massachusetts. Key clarifications include: (1) the Routine Water Testing bid line item is priced per month and must include all costs for coliform samples, chemical tests, sampling, and travel; (2) April sampling is required per the 2026-2028 Compliance Monitoring Schedule, with Bid Schedule Item 2 revised to increase the total quantity from 5 to 6 units; (3) the prior year's 2023-2025 Compliance Monitoring Schedule is publicly available on Mass.gov; (4) contractors are expected to verify after-the-fact that the Public Water Supply was reopened correctly and submit certification to Massachusetts DEP, with project staff performing the actual startup activities; and (5) a Massachusetts-certified operator is required to perform the services in accordance with 310 CMR 22.00 Massachusetts Drinking Water Regulations. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
