AMENDMENT 0002

W912GB-13-R-0022 Erosion Prevention / Dust Control and Natural Resource Protection Services, Germany MATOC Questions and Answers

1. Question: In Pre-Proposal conference was mentioned that we should submit three separate Volume 2 Price Proposals, if submitting for all three geographic locations. In Amendment 0001 page 70 is stated “This volume shall include separate tabs with the Price Table and specify each geographic location as applicable.” What is required for Volume 2, three separate Binders for each location or one binder including all locations?

Answer: As stated at the pre-proposal conference each Excel Price Table has a few line items that are different for each geographical location. Therefore, if your firm plans to propose to more than one geographical location, then the Offeror must submit a Price Table for each location. Regarding your concern about Volume 2, three (3) separate tabs for each price schedule within one (1) binder will be sufficient.

2. Question: Offers should submit a completed Section B. Do we have to fill out the page 2- 11 (Item

No 0001- 4002) with the totals and the CMR also?

Answer: Yes, Offerors are required to complete Section B, pages 2 – 11.

3. Question: In Pre-Proposal conference was mentioned that we should submit one Volume 1

Technical Proposal with the locations mentioned, if submitting for all three geographic locations.

In Amendment 0001 in the Answer of Question 4 is stated: “If your firm plans to submit technical proposals for each of the three (3) geographical locations, the content of the proposal can be the same;

however, you need to specify which geographical location is being proposed. Therefore, your firm can submit the same technical proposal for all three (3) geographical locations, but you must specify which location is being proposed.”

Do we have to submit one Volume 1 Technical Proposal with the locations mentioned, if submitting for all three geographic locations or do we need a separate Volume 1 Technical Proposal for each geographic location?

W912GB-13-R-0022

Answer: If your firm plans to propose the same projects for each geographical location, then one Volume I Technical Proposal with all geographical locations mentioned would be sufficient. If your firm plans to propose different projects for each geographical location then your firm must separate each geographical proposal into a separate tab within one (1) binder.

NOTE: No more questions can be submitted after Tuesday, 23 July 2013 at 1500 hours Central European Time (CET).
