containmentdike.Thewallsaresloppedconcrete.Thetankrestsonanelevatedconcreteringwall.
ThepreviousOOSinspectionreport,datedApril3,2012wasavailableforreviewandcomparison.

Tank1842restsonaconcreteringwallfoundation.Four(4)leakdetectiondrainagevaultsare
providedaroundthefoundation.Tankchimesealantisingoodconditionanddoesnotrequireany
repairs.Asettlementevaluationwasperformedduringtheinspection.Nosignsofsettlementwere
noted.SeeAppendixAforsettlementresults.

Thetankshellisequippedwithsix(6)butt‐weldedsteelshellcourses.Shellplateswereexamined
usingUTTandVTmethods.Nine(9)UTTmeasurementsweretakenoneachplateofthe1stshell
course.Nine(9)UTTmeasurementsweretakenontheremainingshellcoursesusingthespiral

The tank was checked by using laser measurements taken from fixed locations at 8 points around tank from chime weld to the roof weld. The Tank’s plumbness is in satisfactory condition at this time.
