Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) For Directorate of Public Works
(DPW)
SOLICITATION-W9124L-16-R-0001
Question 1. Both Volume I, Tab A and Volume II, Tab D refer to Exceptions/Assumptions. What is the Government’s intent for each of these sections?
Is one section meant to be for the IDIQ, and the other intended for the Sample Task Order? Or are there other differentiating factors that should be considered between the two volumes?
Government Response. Refer to Section L- Instructions Proposal Preparation Instructions, paragraph C sub paragraph 2(b) Exceptions. If the offeror finds it necessary to take exception to any of the requirements specified in this solicitation, the offeror shall clearly identify the applicable Volume and exceptions with a complete explanation of why the exception was taken, what benefit accrues to the Government (if any), and its impact, if any, on the performance, schedule, cost, and specific requirements of the solicitation. Each exception shall be specifically related to each paragraph and/or specific part of the solicitation to which the exception is taken.
Volume I, Tab A- Identification and explanation of any exception/assumption for the information required in Volume I should be addressed in this tab. Any assumptions used in the proposal preparation must be identified.
Volume II, Tab D- Identification and explanation of any exception/assumption for the information required in Volume II should be addressed in this tab. Any assumptions used in the proposal preparation must be identified.
