WHEN FILLED IN THIS DOCUMENT IS SOURCE SELECTION SENSITIVE INFORMATION IAW FAR 3.104

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Sill, OK is in the process of selecting a contractor to perform minor construction, facility repair, and real property maintenance projects. Work under this requirement consists of real property maintenance, repair, remodel, alteration, and minor construction projects to include industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities located on Fort Sill. The Government will order work under multiple firm-fixed-price task orders issued as provided in the parent Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Each task order may involve a variety of construction trades. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and ancillary items necessary to complete each project from conception to completion.

One of the considerations in proposal evaluation is the verification of the offerors' past and present performance on contracts, which reflect the offeror's ability to perform on the proposed effort. We depend on information received from agencies such as yours, which have had firsthand experience with an offeror, for the evaluation of the offeror's performance on those contracts.
