About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for operations and maintenance service order center support. The amendment extends the closing date for proposal submissions to March 9, 2021 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. It also extends the deadline for questions to February 26, 2021 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. The solicitation seeks proposals for a service call center and production support to maintenance shops at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Services include import, management, review, analysis, export and reporting of production and sustainment information in the General Fund Enterprise Business System. The Army Maintenance Application is also a new program to house work order requests from residents and barracks occupants for maintenance services. The contract will support sustainment of over 55 million square feet of real property, utilities, and three active Army airfields. The call center historically receives 300-400 calls daily and requires routine ad hoc reporting. Accurate data management in the GFEBS is necessary to sustain operations and processes.
