Instructions for Hill AFB FY17 Munitions Storage Magazines pre-proposal site walk
A site visit has been scheduled for 31 May 2017 at 0900 MST. Offerors will convene at
Building 366 (Utah Resident Office, URO) prior to the site walk. Offerors are urged to attend the site where services are to be performed to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. All questions entertained at the site visit must be submitted via DrChecks in accordance with the instruction in the solicitation.
The information below must be provided for entry on to Hill AFB. The information or each attendee shall be submitted no later than 1300 MST on 23 May 2017.

Contractor vehicles that are marked with company identification on them must access the base from the North Gate, also referred to as the "Roy Gate" and the "Truck Gate". It is located immediately East of I-15, at the Roy Exit #338. Non-marked vehicles should access from the
South Gate. Attending personnel must bring their vehicle registration, proof of insurance and driver's license to drive their vehicle on to HAFB.
All visitors shall be escorted 100% of the time during the site visit. The Government will provide a sufficient number of escorts to accommodate interested offerors and has capability to provide transportation in to the MAMS area from the URO.
NOTE: For those attendees that already have a HAFB badge, you must still notify the aforementioned contacts of your planned site visit participation to ensure a sufficient number of escorts are present. At a minimum, provide names and email addresses for the site attendees that already have badges.
