Attachment 2 – Supplemental Contract Requirements
FY 17 649 MUNS Munitions Storage Magazines
Hill AFB, UT February 6, 2017
SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS
1. Performance Period. Refer to FAR 52.211-10, Commencement, Prosecution, And
Completion of Work. The time duration of performance period is 730 calendar days after Notice to Proceed date.
2. Liquidated Damages. Refer to FAR 52.211-12, Liquidated Damages-Construction.
Liquidated damages for this work is $1,696.00 for each day of delay.
3. Authorities. Only a warranted Contracting Officer (either PCO or ACO) acting within their delegated limits has the authority to issue modifications or otherwise change the terms and conditions of this contract. If an individual other than the Contracting Officer attempts to make changes to the terms and conditions of this contract you shall not proceed with the change and shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer.
The Government Contracting Officer/Administrative Contracting Officer has the authority to make any changes to this contract action that impact cost or schedule. Authority from the
Contracting Officer/Administrative Contracting Officer to the contractor to make changes that impact cost or schedule will be in the form of an official, signed modification.
4. Wage Determination. General Decision Number UT150104, 01/27/2017 (Building), Davis
County, Utah, or its most current modification at the time of award is hereby applicable to work performed under this contract. The most current decisions or their modifications can be found by clicking on hyperlink http://www.wdol.gov/wdol/scafiles/davisbacon/UT104.dvb?v=4 for such information.
5. Time Extensions For Unusually Severe Weather. Refer to FAR 52.249-10, Default (Fixed-
Priced Construction). All weather delays will need to be submitted and approved by the
Contracting Officer Representative.
