Data Rights: The USG shall have unlimited rights to this data. If the data is marked with any company proprietary markings, then the markings shall also indicate that the USG has unlimited rights to this data.

Blk 14: All deliverables for this CDRL shall be made by an electronic posting to the appropriate folder in the Government controlled Collaborative Data Environment (CDE; e.g., Windchill).

The deliverables shall be made in either Adobe Acrobat or MS Word format or other USG approved format.

Text shall be left intact wherever possible; that is, it should not be converted to graphic format and should be capable of being cut and pasted for response purposes. The file shall be named with the deliverable name (and revision) where applicable.

A submittal notification of the deliverable shall be accomplished through regular email outside of Windchill to: usarmy.pica.peo-soldier.list.crows-management@mail.mil. The subject of the email shall read "CROWS Deliverable: X" where the "X" is the title of the deliverable. The email message body shall include the location of the file, the file name and Windchill iteration number.

Revisions to a submittal shall be accomplished through a file with a new name, not by creating a new iteration of an existing file.

Submittals shall not be considered complete until the deliverable is submitted to USG CDE (e.g., Windchill) AND the independent notification email is sent.

Data Rights: For TDP data, USG rights shall be IAW SLA No. 1 of contract W15QKN-07- D-0018, or if not covered by the SLA, DFARS 252.227-7013 and DFARS 252.227-7014.

For all other data, the USG shall have unlimited rights. Markings on the data shall clearly indicate USG rights to this data.

The deliverables shall be made in PDF format and the native editable format that the data was created in.

Revisions to a submittal shall be accomplished through a file with a new name, not by creating a new iteration of an existing file.

A submittal notification of the deliverable shall be accomplished through regular email outside of Windchill to: usarmy.pica.peo-soldier.list.crows-cm@mail.mil. The subject of the email shall read "CROWS Deliverable: X" where the "X" is the title of the deliverable. The email message body shall include the location of the file.

Submittals shall not be considered complete until the deliverable is submitted AND the independent notification email is sent.
