Contractor shall report the potential classification of aggregated or compiled CUI to the COR, and PEO Soldier Security Manager.
4. Identification Markings: The CUI marking is assigned to information at the time of its creation. It is not authorized as a substitute for a security classification marking, but is used on official government information that may be withheld from the public. The Contractor shall mark unclassified documents containing CUI with the acronym “CUI” in the banner and footer of the document.
a. If portion markings are used, all document subjects and titles, individual sections, parts, paragraphs, or similar portions of the document containing CUI, shall be portion marked with “(CUI).” Use of the unclassified marking “(U)” as a portion marking for unclassified information within CUI documents or materials is required.

5. Dissemination and Transmission of CUI Information: The Contractor shall not be provided access to, nor shall be authorized to provide access to CUI to persons who have not been determined to have a valid need for such access in connection with the accomplishment of a lawful and authorized Government purpose, and/or in connection with this contract agreement.
