About this file

This document is a NASPO ValuePoint Participating Addendum for Wireless, Data, Voice and Accessories, with the State of North Dakota participating in a master contract led by the State of Utah. The contract is with Cellco Partnership doing business as Verizon Wireless, under Master Agreement #MA152. The addendum allows various North Dakota government entities, including state agencies, institutions of higher education, local governments, nonprofit entities, tribal agencies, and transportation providers to utilize this contract vehicle.

The contract covers three categories: Cellular Wireless Services, Equipment and Accessories, and Turnkey Wireless and IoT Solutions. North Dakota has elected to participate in Categories 1, 2, and specific subcategories of Category 3, excluding state agencies from one subcategory. The participating entities can issue individual purchase orders as needed. The contract requires Verizon Wireless to maintain sales records and provide quarterly reports to the state, including details such as agency name, invoice date, invoice amount, and plan type. There are no specific administrative fees, and the contract term is coterminous with the master agreement, with provisions for termination under various circumstances including lack of funding or changes in public policy.
