About this file
This document is a NASPO ValuePoint Participating Addendum between T-Mobile USA, Inc. and the State of North Dakota for a Wireless, Data, Voice and Accessories contract. The master agreement is led by the State of Utah and identified as Master Agreement #MA176-1. The addendum allows various North Dakota government entities, including state agencies, institutions of higher education, local governments, educational boards, nonprofit entities, tribal agencies, and transportation providers to utilize this contract.
The contract covers two primary categories: Category 1 (Cellular Wireless Services) and Category 2 (Equipment and Accessories). T-Mobile was awarded these categories under the master agreement, and North Dakota has elected to participate in both. The participating entities can issue individual purchase orders on an as-needed basis. The contract includes provisions for reporting, with the contractor required to maintain sales records and provide volume of sales information to the participating entity within 30 business days after each quarter. The addendum does not specify pricing details but references the underlying master agreement. The contract term is coterminous with the master agreement, and it allows for termination under various conditions, including lack of funding or changes in public policy.
