Agencies can trade one device for the purchase (including cell phones that are deeply discounted or free) of another device. If agencies have additional devices, but do not plan to purchase an equal amount to what is being traded, State Surplus Property must approve the additional devices before submitting to Verizon for a buy-back. T-Mobile USA offers a demo program called Vienna for smaller trials for two-week periods with extensions up to four weeks. Typically they allow 2 to 4 participants for trials, but there is some flexibility. If a larger trial is needed, they are willing to design a managed trial that meets the needs of a larger audience on a case by case basis.
Freight and F.O.B. Point:
Deliveries will be F.O.B. to any North Dakota destination with freight included in the price of the products if purchasing the minimum order amount (listed below). None of the vendors have minimum order amounts. Title will pass to Purchasing Agency upon delivery to the specified destination.
