About this file

This is a Vendor Affidavit form regarding the use of coercion for labor and services, required for participation in the Fencing Services contract opportunity with Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) in Florida. The affidavit serves as a compliance document through which vendors must certify that they do not use coercion, forced labor, or trafficking practices in the provision of their services. The form requires vendor attestation that all labor used in performing the fencing services—including new installations, repairs, and maintenance for various fence types such as galvanized chain link, vinyl-coated chain link, vinyl privacy, wood privacy, wood post and rail, steel decorative, and Deacero panel fencing—is obtained through lawful means and free from exploitation.

The affidavit is a mandatory submission requirement as part of the bidding process and must be completed and signed by authorized representatives of bidding firms. This document ensures vendor compliance with federal and state labor laws and ethical procurement standards. Vendors submitting bids for the fencing services contract must include this executed affidavit with their proposal submission to demonstrate their commitment to legal and ethical labor practices.
