The contract includes quarterly reporting requirements showing items purchased, quantities, and total dollar values. The vendor must maintain a primary contract manager available during normal business hours. Pricing must include standard delivery charges (F.O.B. destination), with emergency delivery charges billed separately with the original freight bill attached to invoices.
