Offerors are asked to describe their project management plan, technical assets, experience with the required work areas, safety protocols for working in a public space, and experience interfacing with regulatory agencies and the public.

The related federal contract opportunity will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract between $800,000 and $2,000,000 to renovate an existing wood comfort station into a temperature-controlled flush toilet facility with potable water and septic system. Evaluation criteria include technical qualifications, past performance, and price. The NAICS code is 236220 and it is set aside 100% for small businesses. Offerors must register in SAM.gov and complete online representations and certifications by the solicitation close date once the RFP is issued by the National Park Service Midwest Region.
