About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire and details of a federal contract opportunity for construction services. The National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a comfort station project at Cuyahoga Valley National Park, involving renovating an existing wood structure into a temperature-controlled flush toilet facility with running water and a septic system. The work includes new foundations, water main construction, and matching the exterior of an existing visitor center. The estimated value is between $800,000 and $2,000,000. Offerors must submit three to five completed past performance questionnaires from projects of similar size, scope and complexity completed within the last five years. The opportunity is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 236220 with a $39.5 million size standard. Proposals are due by the date specified in the forthcoming solicitation, which will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance, and price factors.
