*** Base O & M contractor shall not shut off any water system without directions from the COR or the DPGOC ***

Initiate Process to Determine If Threat is Credible ***
** The COR will notify the Base Maintenance Contractor with additional guidance from the DPGOC **
Coordinate investigation and response with the DPGOC until threat is determined non-credible or resolved *
This chart was developed as a after action response to an actual water contamination event that occurred on Jun. 25 2013 at Fort Carson. The water contamination investigation proved that no contamination took place but recommended that a response process be developed
