The amendment extends the quote submission due date from September 12, 2025, to September 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The solicitation seeks up to ten contractors to serve as Program Administrators for Resilience Planning Projects, providing technical assistance for climate resilience planning initiatives across local governments, community-based organizations, and state entities. The contract will have a base term of four years with potential two-year extensions, focusing on comprehensive services including community engagement, risk assessments, resilience action plan development, implementation support, guidance development, and data modeling.

The procurement includes specific set-aside requirements for New Jersey Small Business Enterprises and Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, with a 1% Procurement Efficiency Program Fee on purchases.
