About this file

This document is Appendix 3 to a state contract (T2605) detailing comprehensive reporting requirements, specifically focused on energy data management and reporting for a government entity, likely NJ Transit. The document outlines an extensive reporting framework for tracking energy consumption, costs, and performance across multiple organizational levels including participant energy accounts, buildings, facilities, divisions, departments, and statewide perspectives.

The contract requires the contractor to maintain a sophisticated online data system capable of generating detailed energy reports with metrics including total consumption volumes, peak electricity demand, total costs by energy type, unit costs, supply charges, occupancy costs, and greenhouse gas emissions. The reporting system must provide monthly and annual reports across various organizational levels, with capabilities for ad-hoc data mining, exporting to multiple file formats, and generating over 25 specific types of reports such as Accrual Consumption Reports, Energy Star Scorecards, Facility Energy Ranking Reports, and Vendor Spend Reports. The system must support fiscal year reporting (July 1 through June 30) and provide granular, flexible reporting options for comprehensive energy management and analysis.
