About this file
This document is a Managed Advantage Statement of Work 2 (SOW 2) dated March 31, 2022, between CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. and the State of Arizona. The contract is an amendment to a previous agreement from March 12, 2013, related to the Arizona Financial Information System (AFIS) Replacement. The document outlines the framework for ongoing managed services and support for the state's financial management system after upgrading to CGI Advantage® 4.
The SOW covers comprehensive managed services for CGI Advantage® software, including hosting, maintenance, and support of financial management applications at CGI's Phoenix Data Center. Key services include provisioning and managing hardware, operating systems, and database software, providing disaster recovery capabilities, and maintaining multiple production and non-production environments. The contract specifies usage levels of 2,000 total financial application users with 400 estimated concurrent users, and encompasses systems for financial management and employee self-service. The term of the agreement runs from the Advantage 4 Go-Live date through March 31, 2032, with provisions for software updates, technical support, and defined service level agreements. The anticipated storage allocation increases incrementally from 104 TB in 2023 to 117 TB in 2032, with corresponding backup storage provisions.
