About this file

This document contains a screening assessment sheet and details of a federal contract opportunity. The screening assessment sheet provides a self-assessment questionnaire for employees and visitors related to COVID-19 travel history and symptoms. It recommends teleworking or taking leave if any questions are answered affirmatively and contacting supervisors for determination.

The federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division to remove existing temporary cooling units and install new CRAC units in three server rooms under building 1000. The contractor must use an authorized Automated Logic installer and return the portable units to the government. The work includes installation, cleaning, balancing, and testing and must be performed on weekdays from 0700 to 1600. The period of performance is estimated at 120 days after notice to proceed.
