About this file

Emergency Residential Demolition: 5467 Moran

This is an emergency residential demolition authorization letter from the Michigan state/local government regarding the property located at 5467 Moran. The document authorizes emergency demolition services for a residential structure at this address. The letter serves as formal approval for the demolition project to proceed, indicating that the property has met criteria for emergency removal due to its condition and public safety concerns. No specific timeline for completion, site visit requirements, or bidder meeting information is detailed in this authorization document.

The letter does not contain detailed pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractor details, or funding source documentation. As an authorization letter rather than a full solicitation document, it lacks comprehensive procurement specifications, contract term details, and financial terms that would typically be found in a complete contract opportunity announcement. The document functions primarily as executive approval for the emergency demolition work to be undertaken at this residential address.
