About this file

This is a Bid Tabulation document from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 3 for Emergency Service Patrol services on Route 27 for North/South locations on an as-needed basis. The Invitation to Bid (ITB) number DOT-ITB-26-3012-CS was opened on March 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM and was witnessed by authorized FDOT personnel. The solicitation closed for posting from March 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM through March 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Three bidders submitted proposals for the emergency service patrol contract, which involves incident management and traffic control operations across designated service areas.

Three vendors submitted bids for this procurement: El-Sankary Towing, LLC at $150.00; Eastern Diesel Auto Wrecker Service at $150.00; and White's Wrecker Service, LLC at $140.00. White's Wrecker Service, LLC was selected as the intended award recipient with the lowest bid of $140.00. The bid tabulation was evaluated by Chad Williams, and the evaluation did not apply an In-State Preference under Florida Statutes Section 287.084. The document notes that the intended award does not constitute a binding contract until the FDOT issues a Purchase Order or written acceptance, and the Department reserves the right to award to the second-lowest bidder, reject all bids, or take other action in its best interest if irregularities are discovered or if the selected vendor fails to submit required bonds, insurance, or otherwise fails to comply with bid requirements.
