The bid requires a formal quotation as a separate PDF document, including itemized equipment specifications, warranty information, and estimated lead times for delivery and installation. The college reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award by individual items or combinations. The pricing is to be FOB Warren, Michigan, and the bid emphasizes that while specific manufacturer models are preferred, bidders can propose alternatives if clearly noted. The project appears to be funded directly by Macomb Community College, with no explicit mention of external funding sources or set-asides.
