About this file
This document is an amendment to Request for Proposal (RFP) #2914 issued by UW Medicine for an enterprise-wide electronic Occupational Health Management (OHM) system. UW Medicine is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified and experienced bidder to provide an OHM system that meets the business and security requirements of the agency and HIPAA compliance. The solution must store and maintain demographic and employee health information, including immunizations, TB testing, and bloodborne pathogen exposure records for staff, faculty, volunteers, medical residents, and contract personnel. This amendment provides responses to bidder questions. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
The contract opportunity covers jurisdictions within the state of Washington, including various counties and incorporated cities/communities. Interested bidders must submit a proposal in response to the RFP requirements. Pricing, set-asides, incumbent information, funding sources, and other salient details are not provided in this amendment document.
