The RFP was issued August 21, 2026, with a mandatory pre-proposal teleconference scheduled for August 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Alaska Time. The state offers a 5% discount for invoices paid within 15 business days and standard payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
