About this file
This is a Required Certifications document for the City of Largo, Florida, establishing mandatory compliance requirements for contractors bidding on or executing contracts with the municipality. Contractors must certify compliance across multiple areas including anti-human trafficking attestations, debarment and suspension status, foreign countries of concern ownership restrictions, and insurance requirements. All sections require contractor initials, and an authorized company representative must sign the final page under penalty of perjury. The document does not specify response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder meetings, award dates, or contract terms, as it functions as a certification template applicable to contracts rather than a standalone solicitation document.
The insurance requirements mandate that contractors obtain and maintain General Liability coverage with a $2,000,000 general aggregate limit and $1,000,000 per occurrence, Auto Liability at $1,000,000 combined single limit, and Worker's Compensation with minimum limits of $100,000 per incident and $500,000 aggregate. Insurance carriers must be A-rated, and the City of Largo must be named as an additional insured with waiver of subrogation endorsements. Contractors must provide immediate notice of any policy cancellations or adverse changes, and subcontractors must carry identical insurance limits. The document also establishes public records management obligations requiring contractors to maintain, provide access to, and potentially transfer all public records upon contract completion or termination. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent details, or funding sources are addressed in this certification document.
