About this file
This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation 3844, a small business bid issued by Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) for ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud (Enterprise Edition). The Q&A specifically addresses the contract term length, with KUB expressing a preference for a term starting May 2nd, 2025, and ending June 2nd, 2026, to co-term with another existing subscription. As an alternative, KUB would accept a term from May 2nd, 2025, to May 1st, 2026, demonstrating flexibility in the contract duration.
The document does not provide additional details about pricing, set-asides, or other contract specifics beyond the term length negotiation. The Q&A appears to be part of the procurement process for a cloud-based service desk software solution, with KUB seeking clarification on the precise contract period to align with their existing technology subscription schedule.

Q3 Question: Term length
Just confirming your response to your last Q&A Response. Are you wanting a 13 month or 12 month term? Or is this co terming with something else?
Answer: We would like for this term to start May 2nd, 2025, and end June 2nd, 2026, if possible because we would like to co-term with another subscription we have for this.
However, if that is not possible, we would like to make the term May 2nd, 2025 - May 1st, 2026.
Either term will be acceptable.
