Q1 Question: Hardware On Bid

Hello, You mention hardware, but there is no specs and hardware is not discussed. Can you provide specs for the hardware you are requesting?

Thank you, Bret

Answer: There is no hardware aspect of this bid.

The only mention of hardware is in the "Special procurement requirements for this bid" where it states that: "For all products bid (hardware, software, services & maintenance) the vendor must be an authorized distributor or reseller of the requested product manufacturer.". This is not saying that there is a hardware aspect, but rather, if there was then you would need to be an authorized reseller.
