The solicitation requires the delivery and setup of ten 8' x 40' single-use containerized housing units configured with three rooms each, to be placed on a graveled surface and anchored according to safety regulations. Eight units will be located within 10 feet of existing electrical service, while the remaining two units will require extended power from the main distribution panel. Bids were originally due by 13 April 2020 but the response time has been extended to 20 April 2020 due to additional requirements in the revised Statement of Objectives dated 6 April 2020.

The questions and answers clarify that contractors are responsible for leveling, anchoring, and grounding the units; electrical wiring from the pole to each container is also required.
