About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding Solicitation # FA301620Q00320001 for Containerized Housing Units at Joint Base San Antonio Lackland in Texas. The solicitation requires the delivery and installation of 10 containerized housing units, with each unit approximately 60-70 feet from the main power distribution panel. Additional requirements include supplying approximately 205 tons of type II sub-base gravel, with the ability to order 10% more. While the base has an on-site contractor, they can only maintain existing infrastructure, so the government prefers to have all work covered under one contract. The response deadline was extended to April 20, 2020 due to additional requirements outlined in the Statement of Objectives dated April 6, 2020.
