About this file

This document is a Procurement File Checklist from the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office, specifically related to Solicitation #ADSPO18-00008040. The checklist details the required documentation for a public procurement process, outlining the specific documents that must be available for public view in accordance with Code Citation Rule 2-7-101 (37). The document provides a systematic breakdown of required documentation, including vendor notification lists, solicitation packages, amendments, bids, offers, questions and answers, evaluation materials, and award determinations.

The procurement file checklist does not provide specific details about the goods or services being procured. Instead, it serves as an administrative guide for organizing and maintaining procurement documentation. The checklist indicates that complete documentation must be uploaded to ProcureAZ within 3 days of contract award, with documents categorized into specific subfolders such as Solicitation, Evaluation, and Determination/Award. The document emphasizes transparency in the procurement process by ensuring that various stages of the solicitation, including vendor communications, offer evaluations, and final award determinations, are properly documented and accessible for public review.
