2 9/22/2017 In the solicitation it request that the contractor provide key personnel for a project manager, superintendent, QC manager and SSHO. Please advise if one employee can hold dual roles (i.e.
the QC Manager can be the PM) for the project or if the government is intending to have the GC hold 4 full time employees? Also, please advise if any of the positions must be onsite full time?
Due to the project being smaller scale, it is not necessary for each of the roles to be held by individual people. At a minimum, the Lead full time on-site Superintendent can also hold the roles of Quality Control Manager, and Safety Officer (SSHO). The Project Manager role would be carried by another individual who may be on site or in the office.
