GSMO-2 RFP Q&A 3
#1 Question: Please confirm that other than Times New Roman font type is acceptable for diagrams, schedules, charts, tables, artwork, and photographs, as long as the font size is no smaller than 10 points.
Reference: The RFP instructions and the answer to Question 21(from GSMO-2 RFP Q&A 2) state that we are to use 12 point type Times New Roman font for the proposal text.
The RFP also states that “Text in Diagrams, schedules, charts, tables, artwork, and photographs shall be no smaller than 10 point.”
Answer: Offerors are expected to use Times New Roman throughout the entire proposal. Using “no smaller than 12 point type Times New Roman font” is specific to Offeror narratives which are not
“Diagrams, schedules, charts, tables, artwork, and photographs”. “Text in Diagrams, schedules, charts, tables, artwork, and photographs shall be no smaller than 10 point”.
#2 Question: The RFP states “text in diagrams, schedules, charts, tables, artwork, and photographs shall be no smaller than 10 point.” However, the Government’s response to Question #21 (see below) seems to contradict that. Please clarify.
Reference: Section L.10(b)(2), Paragraph 2 (Page 104) and GSMO-2 RFP Q&A 2, Question 21 “See Section L.10.b(2). Offerors are expected to submit pages “using not smaller than 12 point type
