1. Can the tapped holes in Pc-3 be through holes?

A: No. This application requires the holes in Pc. 3 to be drilled/tapped as shown in View D-18 of DWG

2301-3961 and DWG 2301-3962.

2. Pc-3 (inside corners) and Pc-2 (outside corners) show sharp corners. Can we radius them, and if so, what is the maximum?

A: The sharp edges shall be groomed to 1/32” chamfer (minimum) per General Note 3B of DWG 2301-

3961 and DWG 2301-3962. The Government would be agreeable to an approximately 1/8” chamfer. The edges are required to be groomed to prevent sharp edges from piercing or tearing plastic as stated in

General Note 7, as well as not being sharp enough to injure/cut personnel.
