1. Can you confirm this solicitation is a ‘service’ contract?

A: Per the definition in FAR 37.101, this is a service contract.

2. Can you provide a Wage Determination for Washington State?

A: The wage determination can be found at the below link. The contractor will be held to the Wage

Determination of their locality, as services are to be performed at vendor facility.

3. Is it safe to assume that Pc-3 Lid Flange has been welded ½” deep to Pc-4/7 Outer Plates, per drawing?
