1. Can a copy of TP 271 as referenced in Section 3.3.1(c) of the PWS be provided?

2. Please clarify what CLIN 7, EMRA

A: Enterprise-wide Contractor Manpower Reporting Application. Additional information can be found in section 3.4 of the PWS.

3. Will the Government be making arrangements for the shipping and cost of shipping for the containers from PSNS to vendor location?

A: Contractor will be responsible for the delivery to vendor location. See section 3.1.2 of amended PWS
