About this file
This document provides answers to questions from potential offerors regarding solicitation number N3220524Q0099 from the Military Sealift Command. The solicitation seeks inventory support services for approximately 19,000 line items totaling around 95,000 individual pieces aboard the USNS PECOS. Specifically, the work involves conducting a 100% inventory of all materials stored in the ship's repair part storerooms and bulkhead spares, validating associated data fields, and adding any items found but not on the provided audit sheets. Historically for such projects, the Military Sealift Command has anticipated a minimum of two contractors to successfully complete the work within the specified timeframe, with the potential to have an additional person input data into the ShipCLIP system while two others perform inventory and verification tasks. Offerors should note there is no onboard berthing or messing available on the USNS PECOS.
