11. Is J-2 Exhibit B (Sample TO SOW) a TO that is specific to this contract, or representative of TOs awarded under similar efforts? Task 1 (delivery/installation of 225 KVA PDS) does not seem to match up well with the personnel requirements cited in J-5 Attachment 3; however, it does seem peripherally related to 2.1 in J-3 Attachment 1.
The Sample Task Order will be used for evaluation of the proposals only.
12. Is any of the work under this contract expected to be classified, and if so, at what level? (Seems like this should be in the paperwork somewhere, but I have not yet found it.)
Per Section L-13, Access to classified information is not required to submit a proposal for this statement of work. However, all contractor personnel including prospective offerors who visit or work on any NRL site or facility must comply with all NRL access requirements. Current access requirements are provided in J-3 Attachment 2 – Requirements for Onsite Contractors.
