Contract Summary
This is an Offer and Acceptance document for a Master Blanket Purchase Order between the State of New Jersey, Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property, and Maryville, Inc., a substance abuse services provider located in Voorhees, New Jersey. The contract was awarded on July 10, 2026, with an effective date of September 1, 2026. Maryville, Inc., represented by Chief Executive Officer Jared Levy, is authorized to provide goods, products, and services under the terms specified in Bid Solicitation 25DPP01102 T1464 and the State of New Jersey Standard Terms and Conditions.
The contract establishes a Master Blanket Purchase Order (25-PROS1-140939) for substance abuse services. The document does not specify pricing, service volumes, or contract duration details on the face page presented. As with all State of New Jersey contracts, the contractor is bound by compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Conflicts of Interest Law, and must not commence work until receiving written notice to proceed from the state. The contractor may be subject to suspension or debarment for failure to meet contract terms and may be liable for price differences if performance defaults require the state to procure services from an alternate vendor.
