BID SCHEDULE

0001 Per Scope of Work and as described here:

The project consists of removal and disposal and replacement of existing roof top condensing units (CU-1) and (CU-2) and associated piping and cooling coil servicing AHU-1 and AHU-3 located on the second level mechanical room. The existing unit operates on R-22 refrigerant and will require new refrigerant piping and cooling coil located in AHU-1 and AHU-3. The new refrigerant piping and cooling coil will be sized and piped in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations to support R-410A operating pressure and temperature. The contractor is responsible for all pipe supports and wall penetration seals required to support new piping. Once unit and associated piping have been installed test and balance AHU-1 and AHU-2 and associated VAV’s along with respective supply and return grills for proper CFM.

AWARD: Only one award will be made as result of this solicitation and such award will be made in the aggregate to the low responsible and responsive bidder. Bidder must bid on all items. Failure to do so shall be cause for rejection of the bid.

NOTE: Although not specifically identified in items 0001 above, all items specified in Technical Provisions and shown on the Contract Drawings are incorporated in this schedule.
