AMENDMENT 001- Cottonwood Field Office Replacement
Reference Number L15PS00204 001
The following content is being submitted for solicitation L15PS00204. Please call or email your primary point of contact John Kelley at 303-236-2626 or jakelley@blm.gov for all inquiries concerning this construction project.
SPECIFICATION AND DRAWING CHANGES:
1. Specifications – DELETE all Division 27 specifications and REPLACE with attached
Division 27 Amendment 001 specifications.
2. Drawing E401 & E403 – DELETE all reference to “5E cable” and REPLACE with “6A cable”.
3. Drawing E401 & E403 – DELETE General Note A and REPLACE with the following:
“All Data/Telephone Jacks located within enclosed wall areas shall have a 1-Gang Low Voltage Mounting Plate, with a minimum 1 inch hole through the top plate directly above. The hole in the top plate shall have bushings installed as needed to protect the cable, while maintaining the minimally accepted diameter. Where the cable or outlet may be exposed or surface mounted, install a minimum 4 inch square, 2-1/8" deep box, 1-gang mud ring with 1"C stubbed to above accessible ceiling space or to a minimum height of 8 foot above finished floor. All conduits shall have bushings.”
SF-1442 CORRECTIONS:
4. SF-1442, Box 11: Change “0” to “405” calendar days.
The Contractor shall begin performance 7 calendar days and complete it within 405 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
5. SF-1442, Box 13d: Change “0” to “90”
Offerors providing less than 90 calendar days for Government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected.
DAVIS BACON (CONSTRUCTION WAGE REQUIREMENTS):
6. The “Building” Construction Wage Requirements has been included for this project for Idaho County, Idaho.
