About this file

This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) sheet issued by the University of Connecticut Health Center (UConn Health) for the procurement of a Starfish Storage Data Management Platform. The ITB outlines the specifications and requirements for qualified suppliers to submit competitive bids for the implementation and provision of this storage data management solution. The document establishes the bidding process and evaluation criteria that UConn Health will use to select the most qualified vendor to deliver this platform, which is designed to enhance data storage management capabilities across the health center's operations. The ITB specifies detailed requirements for system functionality, performance standards, and implementation timelines that prospective bidders must address in their proposals to be considered for award.

The pricing structure, payment terms, and any set-asides or incumbent preferences are outlined in the ITB documentation, along with funding sources and budget allocations designated for this procurement. The document includes evaluation methodology and scoring criteria that will guide the selection process, ensuring that bids are assessed consistently against predetermined standards. Additional details regarding vendor qualifications, technical specifications, support and maintenance requirements, and contract terms including any renewal or extension options are incorporated into the ITB to provide prospective bidders with comprehensive information necessary to develop competitive and compliant proposals.
