About this file

This document is a Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) Procurement Office, authorized under A.R.S. § 41-2501. The solicitation is specifically for the Arizona Department of Public Safety Aviation Bureau and is seeking to establish one or more "single-agency" contracts to obtain Aircraft Maintenance Technicians.

The RFP seeks qualified vendors to provide maintenance services for both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft on an as-needed basis. The department anticipates awarding one or more contracts but retains full discretion over the number of contracts, contract awards, and actual spending. Proposals must be submitted online through the Arizona Procurement Portal (https://appstate.az.gov) by the specified deadline. The solicitation is structured in three primary parts: Instructions and Attachments, Technical and Commercial Documents, and Contract Terms and Conditions. No guarantees are made regarding the volume of work, and contracts will be utilized on an as-needed basis by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
