Liquidated damages are $1,330 per calendar day for failure to achieve substantial completion and $770 per calendar day for failure to achieve final completion. Minimum wage rates apply per Section 00830 of the bid documents. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference was scheduled for July 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM via webinar and teleconference. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all addenda on their bid forms or face disqualification. All bid documents, addenda, and Q&A responses are available through the City's Vendor Connection website at https://financeonline.austintexas.gov/afo/account_services/solicitation/solicitations.cfm.
